Couples sessions
A session modified for you and your partner. Like traditional couples talk therapy, couples breathwork sessions can help you bring problematic emotional and behavioral patterns to the surface so you can explore and address them more directly.
Group sessions
Breathing as a group helps create a safe container for shared vulnerability, which can support and sometimes accelerate our own individual healing process. For up to 14 people.
Thematic sessions
With a group or on your own, we’ll discuss complex topics and how we can use breathwork to break them down and understand them better.

1/ Book a discovery call
Start with a non-committal discovery call, where we’ll explore your needs, goals, and challenges. 2/ Personalized breathwork sessions
Once we’ve established your goals, we can dive into the practice. I offer online sessions or in-person sessions in the comfort of your home, designed to meet you where you are. During our time together, I’ll guide you through Conscious Connected Breathwork, tailored specifically to your needs.
3/ Reflection and integration
After each session, we’ll take time to reflect on your experience and integrate the insights you’ve gained. You’ll walk away with practical tools, such as simple breathing techniques or mindful practices, to incorporate into your daily life. My goal is to support your long-term growth and help you create meaningful, lasting change.
