About The PrāṇāHāna

I’m Hana Gávliková, a multi-modal breathwork facilitator who helps people navigate their own journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment—wherever it leads them.

I want to make breathwork accessible to everyone—whether you’re skeptical of holistic practices or already on a wellness journey. I want to help you release stuck emotions and show you that you can heal yourself with something as simple as your breath.

Breathwork has been an incredible tool in my life and I want to share it with you.

My story

I love helping people tap into their inner power so they can navigate life with more control and confidence.

My most frequent tool for this work is the Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) method, which I’ve practiced, learned, and studied around Europe and India. In addition to CCB, I also occasionally use down-regulation breathing practices and various meditation techniques.

Breathwork therapy has helped me understand my own emotional processing better than any other therapy I’ve found. I’ve used it to shift my patterns and become a happier version of myself, and I want that for you, too.
