I am a certified breathwork facilitator working with conscious breathing as a tool for nervous system regulation and self-awareness.
I have always been sensitive to internal experience. Feeling deeply has been part of my life, yet for a long time I struggled to understand myself, express my boundaries, or navigate what I was feeling. Many people come to this work for the same reason — when talking alone is not enough and a more embodied approach feels needed.
Through my own journey with breathwork, I discovered how the body can become a steady point of reference — a place to meet emotions with more clarity and to gradually relate differently to long-held patterns.
This understanding shapes how I work today, with care, structure, and respect for individual capacity.
